This snack is really light and has a really good mellow flavor. My toddler is able to safely bit on this teething wafer and dont have any difficulty with swollowing or it even affecting his gums as he chew on them. He enjoys the blueberry purple carrot alot. I recommend this snack to anyone who is looking for a snack safe and light for their babies even if they arent teething
