The overall design is great and the new operational software is good but that's where it ends.

The volume doesn't go that high and the bass gets muddy when you crank it up.
Further, the ANC doesn't work well while walking and one is forced to use the normal setting which sucks.
The products try to compensate with the mids and equalizer option on the app which does not do much.

you can get much better value for your money with soundcore life Q30 or the Q 20 which is one of their best products.

I use this headphones to watch movies late at night and it is very impressive. The lo frequencies are deep and can feel the rumble while the highs are well defined, not exaggerated. The noise cancelling is pretty good too. Battery life is good for days before it needs a recharge.
