I have been using the Chefhandy baby food maker since my son started solids. I am thankful that I made the right choice of buying it as it provides so much convenience. It helps me a lot as a working mom who is always in a rush. I love that it is very functional and has 5 options in 1, which saves time and money. The quality of the processor is exceptional and noteworthy. Since it is lightweight, it is easy to carry around when traveling. I am so grateful that it helps me to provide fresh and healthy baby foods to my son.

Easy to use and doesn’t cost a kidney

It is an amazing product overall, I have no complaints! super easy to use and such a cute colour. I really love the touch screen and how everything gets done within 10 minutes or even less; you've got the option. I also love that it self cleans even if I wash it. You can choose if you'd like to make the baby puree or just steamed finger food, honestly such a great buy, I'm really happy with this purchase. Makes me excited to make food for my baby, lol.

To be honest, I was a bit skeptical when I was ordering the chef handy baby food processor because I hadn't heard of the brand before and was not sure of its quality but I went ahead and ordered it because of the convenience it offered at that price point.

When I received the product, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product and the whole unit had a good finish to it. Just like its looks it worked like a gem. Preparing food for my little one was a piece of cake with it's set timers for steaming and auto blend option. Everything went well for the first 3 months. Then one day my wife said there was a small click sound from the plug point and subsequently the equipment refused to come on. Fearing the worst, I contacted the chef handy team through Amazon and asked for assistance. They were super prompt, reached out to me for a video of what's happening. Once I sent that they had said it must be a blown out fuse and they agreed to send me a few and were also kind enough to send me a video showing how to replace the fuse. I did that but to our bad luck that did not solve the problem. So I reached out to them again and they were kind enough to fully replace the old unit with a brand new upgraded unit completely free of cost.

They also requested me to ship the old damaged unit back to their factory in China. They told me this is completely optional and only if I am willing to help their R&D understand the failure then they would also completely refund the cost of shipping. I did that as I had already received a new unit and as a customer using a brand, I wanted to do my bit to help them. They promptly refunded the entire shipping cost to me as well.

It's hard to find brands that are this committed to customer service. I did not realise this when I placed the order but now I will whole heartedly trust chef handy and all their products. I wish their team the best and looking forward to buying and using more of their products.

The processor is really good and has4 options: bottle warmer, steam, blend and sterilize. The quality of the processor is really good. However, after 4 months of usage processor stopped working. Unfortunately, they didn’t have an after sales service support office in Dubai. However, I reached out to Chefhandy through Amazon and they requested me to send all the details of the processor through email. Within a couple of days, they responded back acknowledging that the processor had malfunctioned and refunded me the full amount of the processor back to my account. I have again bought the same processor and it is working perfectly well. Another good thing is that the size of the processor is very compact and I have been taking it along on our travels too. Overall this is an excellent product and you need not worry about their after sales support

This makes feeding baby solids so easy, time saving and you are in control what the ingredients are! It steams and puree's it so quickly and easy to clean. It is compact so easy to store. Just cut up what you want in 1" chunks and you will have pure, fresh food for your baby. You can make it as smooth or chunky as you want. You can food prep and freeze it or make it fresh for when you want it. You can warm milk also, but we had a separate bottle warmer so didn't use that part. Highly recommend!
