The laptop looked clean, as if it was new. The product was from 2019 (designed, so now 3-4 years old) and I could not find any wear in the laptop. It is in excellent shape, it’s FAST and I am very happy with it! Oh, it was provided with laptop-bag as well!

After a few months of use, the laptop has to remain plugged in as the battery will not hold a charge.

No issue with laptop but the return is real BS. They received it back on 13th of December we are the 20th and it’s still not refunded. Never again

The Packaging was clean and was delivered on time. Laptop was working but main problem with what i got was the battery Life. From full charge lasted only about 90 mins. Went to charge again to diuble check same issue battery life.

Really a nice laptop really fast and easy to use i didn't think for the money it would be this good its like a brand new laptop really happy with it

Received product and opened it weeks later. I was not happy with the laptop. The period for returns had elapsed. When I called PC Mart and shared by dissatisfaction, they readily agreed to arrange a pick-up and refund my money. Aaqib at PC Mart was very responsive and supportive. I really was not expecting that level of customer service which I rate as being very high.
