After my initial review, the company reached out and let me know that they're in active development of the Mac version of the Maono Link software and offered me a full refund. I love a company that cares about customer satisfaction! I went ahead an ordered another mic product they offer, the MD30 and it DOES work on Mac with the Maono Link software. It also has a live monitor headphone line which is a really valuable feature. I may switch back to the AU-A04E mic to test the audio quality but it sounds very similar to me. I'm really happy with the MD30 and recommend it to everyone now.

The Amazon listing and the box both make it sound like Maono Link is available for Mac but when you go to the website it make clear that the software is not available for Mac with this mic. That's pretty misleading. The sound quality is pretty good, but not being able to adjust reverb, etc. is pretty disappointing.
too sensitive and picks up full room noise tho".
Quite lot of words that make a cohesive sentence;
must be a break or reboot going on for him to be
so eloquent (for him) allowing for this interruption.
Yes, I'm a tad sarcastic; but you wanna learn about
something/anything, ask him in a gaming context.
Believe me, this all translates to "love this PawPaw".
MY 2-cents would be about the quality of product build,
features such as (what I call) the 'spit shield' (like studios),
nice software interface, very impressed with the 'boom'.
Not only does the lightweight, yet sturdy stand allow for
varying angles & heights; he swiveled the mic to fit as well.
Went over there yesterday to check it all out...once home
he 'hit me up' on my phone (ole PawPaw couldn't figure out
how to provide access on my pc) and he looked and sounded
very professional (albeit 5.5" screen vs my 32" monitor).
He's happy, I'm still cool...what else is there? ;-))
It's a great product that really does enhance the audio experience of people who are hearing you through the mic. I recommend it to anyone making music, streaming, or just wanting a quality mic for their laptop or desktop PC. Thanks for reading and I hope this helps
