It came with all the drivers loaded and all I had to do was complete the final steps of Windows 10 setup. Priced reasonably well for what you get. The only thing I didn't like was it came with a US style power plug, I fortunately use universal power boards so not a problem but I feel it should come with the correct power cord for the region it's being sold in.
Also, a point to note, the GPU in this is pretty basic. It has an onboard DP port, however if you use a DP to HDMI adapter you will not get the correct modes (resolutions) on your external screen. As soon as I changed to using a regular DP cable it was fine. I have this problem with my other exact same HP as well.
